My department uses a fleet of copiers. We purchased new machines but the manufacturer could not provide toner to use the new machines even though we had purchased them at the same time. The toner was on backorder from the manufacturer.
We called USA Imaging on a Sunday in a desperate attempt to get enough toner to operate the following day. John was able to help us locate toner for all of our machines without any delay. He was able to get toner that even the manufacturer had on back order.
He really saved the day! He is professional and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend contacting John for all supply needs.

USA Imaging Supplies really went the extra mile to get my toner to me next day. Late Friday, my yellow print cartridge went bad and basically I was out of business. Found this business on the internet, called and got it shipped the same day and arrived at my door by 10:00 am Saturday. Since local office supply stores do not carry what I need, this was really a blessing. This is now my new "go-to" supply company.

USA Imaging supplies the best imaging supply store in town! I bought some toner for my printer and didn't know how to install it...so what does the owner John do? He drives to my place and helps me install it! Talk about amazing customer service! Can't find that just anywhere. Thank you for your exceptional customer service.
